We do not have any hidden fee or additional service costs of any kind after the order has been submitted by dispatch or customer. We don't have fuel surcharges.

What type of deliveries do you offer

We provide different types of deliveries based on the urgency of the shipment. The range of our deliveries varies from 90 minutes and 3 hours to same-day and next-day deliveries.

Can I use your services for personal purposes

Yes, you can. All you need to do is to place an order online and we deliver your shipment.

How do I place an order for a pick and delivery

It is amazingly easy, please find below step-by-step instruction:

  • Visit our website or download a mobile application to your phone;
  • Select the service type you are requesting, date and time of delivery;
  • Enter the pick-up and drop-off addresses along with the package(s) information;
  • Receive a quoted rate based on information provided, select the type of payment, and then submit the order.

Can I access the invoices and past orders

Yes, you can log in to your account and access your previous and current orders and invoices at any time.

How do I request a proof of delivery (POD)

Once your package is delivered, we will send the notification showing the date and time it was received and signature as requested.

How do I pay for my orders

We accept payments including but not limited to Credit/Debit cards, GPay, Apple Pay, PayPal, bank transfers, Interac transfers, cash and bank checks. The payment can be set up in the settings of the account.

Do you provide insurance for a package

Yes, we do provide free insurance for our deliveries, if the value of the package does not exceed the amount of CAD$100. If the value of an item exceeds that amount, the insurance should be purchased additionally.

Do you have package dimensions and weight restrictions

No, we do not have dimensions and weight restrictions for packages shipped with our services.

What is the difference between your services

We provide four types of deliveries as following:

 

Shuttle (90 Min. Service) is a direct door-to-door service meaning your package will be delivered within 90 minutes. 

 

Rocket (180 Min. Service) is a direct door-to-door delivery as Shuttle, however, your package will be delivered within 180 minutes.

 

Phantom (Same-Day Service) means that orders that were received before 12 PM, will be delivered by the end of the same day. 

 

Hybrid (Next-Day Service) means that orders that were received before 12 PM, will be delivered within the next 24 hours if requested.

Can I place an order for delivery over the phone

You can definitely call us and request for services. However, we kindly recommend registering on our website or mobile app in order to receive the notifications of the delivery and/or access invoices and PODs.

What are your working hours

We offer solutions for your shipping needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Do you deliver during weekends and holidays

If you have a delivery scheduled for the weekend, please contact us via online chat, email or over the phone.

Do you have restrictions on the type of items you deliver

Yes, we do. Every courier company has its own list of prohibited and restricted items they do not accept. We do not deliver any of the following items: 

  • live animals
  • weapons and ammunition
  • fireworks
  • hazardous waste and dangerous chemicals
  • illegal drugs
  • shipments prohibited by law
